Who are we?
The Vietnamese Association for Mutual Aid and Service (VAMAS) is a Charity and non-profit organization, regardless of Religion, Political Parties. The Association’s activities are concentrated in 4 main activities: Seniors Activities – Education Culture (Maintaining Vietnamese language, customs, and culture: Van Lang Dallas) – Community Health, Protection Health (organized with YND Association, North TX) and Social Activities to serve Vietnamese Compatriots and Asian Americans in the DFW region.
All operating costs are provided and sponsored by Private Commercial establishments and individuals (not receiving money from the Government); as well as all the people who work are Charity.
Hopefully these activities will contribute to maintaining and building a better and stronger Vietnamese Community. Most service plans are either free or for a fraction of the cost.
